Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your unused item or if it has quality issues, let us know.

 

Unused Items:

 

If you have changed your mind about an unused item, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a quality issue.

 

Items with Quality Issues:

 

If you receive an item with quality issues, such as defects or damage, please contact us immediately (info@practical-woodwork.com). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund. If damage is due to neglect or poor care of the product, Practical Woodwork reserves the right to void the return policy for alleged quality issues after 6 months from date of purchase.

 

Return Process:

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Package the item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to damage sustained during shipping or a quality defect.

 

Refunds:

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
